The AstroPay Ombudsman is a second-level support channel, recommended for situations that have already been reviewed by our regular support team but remain unresolved, or when you wish to submit a formal complaint about our services.

When should I contact the Ombudsman?

  • If you’ve already contacted AstroPay Support and your request was not resolved satisfactorily.

  • To submit formal complaints, suggestions, or concerns related to our services, processes, or products.

⚠️ Important:
Before reaching out, your request must first be handled by standard AstroPay Support. The Ombudsman does not handle first-level support cases.

How to contact the Ombudsman

Business Hours

  • Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (BRT)

  • Closed on national holidays
