When should I contact the Ombudsman?
If you’ve already contacted AstroPay Support and your request was not resolved satisfactorily.
To submit formal complaints, suggestions, or concerns related to our services, processes, or products.

Before reaching out, your request must first be handled by standard AstroPay Support. The Ombudsman does not handle first-level support cases.
