At AstroPay, your safety is a top priority. Please be aware that we do not offer loans or credit cards. If someone contacts you pretending to be from AstroPay and offers these products, it’s a scam.

What we do not offer

  • Personal or business loans

  • Credit cards (physical or virtual)

If someone asks you to…

  • Apply for a loan

  • Pay fees to access credit

  • Share your personal information or full card details (number, CVV, password)

  • Install apps or software on your device

🚨 Do not trust them. It’s a scam.

Tips to Protect Yourself

  1. Never share your password or full card details (including CVV).

  2. We will never call you to offer loans, cards, or upgrades. All support is provided only via our verified channels: in‑app chat and email.

  3. Avoid installing software or apps at someone’s request.

  4. Do not send money to anyone claiming it’s needed to “activate” a service.

  5. Our AstroPay card is prepaid, not a traditional credit card—there are no fees to register or upgrade your account.

  6. Always verify that any communication comes from an official AstroPay channel (website domain, in‑app notifications, or our verified social media).
