When is this requested?
You may be asked to upload a POA if we detect unusual activity or need to verify your identity information.
Accepted documents
You can upload one of the following:
Utility bill (water, electricity, gas).
Bank statement.
Government-issued letter.
Make sure the document:
Shows your full name and current address.
Is dated within the last 3 months.
Is clear and easy to read.
Review time
Once submitted, the review usually takes up to 24 hours. You will receive a notification in the app when your document is approved.
