When does this happen?
You’ll be asked to upload a POA if we detect unusual activity or need to verify your identity.
Once you upload the document, our team will manually review and approve it.
What documents are accepted?
You can upload one of the following:
Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, etc.)
Bank statement
Government-issued letter
Make sure the document:
Shows your full name and current address
Is dated within the last 3 months
Is clear and easy to read
How long does approval take?
Once submitted, the review usually takes up to 24 hours. We’ll notify you in the app as soon as it’s approved.
