If you received a message saying your account was restricted due to duplication, it means we found more than one account created with your details.

Why does this happen?

This usually happens when someone creates a new account after losing access to the old one — for example, after changing their phone number or email. Since we only allow one account per person, we apply a security restriction.

What should I do now?
