If you previously requested your account to be temporarily suspended or permanently closed, here’s what you need to know:
Temporary Suspension (requested by you): You can reactivate your account by replying to the suspension email and confirming your intention. This is a one-time opportunity.
Permanent Closure (requested by you): Accounts permanently closed at the user’s request cannot be reactivated. To use AstroPay again, you must create a new account, ideally with a different phone number.
Important: Permanent closures due to violations or regional policies cannot be reversed.
