If you previously closed your AstroPay account by choice, you may be able to request its reactivation.
How it works
Contact our Support team and ask for your account to be reviewed for possible reactivation.
We’ll verify your identity and, if eligible, reopen your account so you can use AstroPay again.
Important
Your account can only be reactivated once, if applicable.
If you decide to close it again in the future, it won’t be possible to reactivate it a second time.
Once reactivated, your account will work normally — you’ll keep the same email and document information.
