Requirements
You must complete identity verification (KYC) to confirm the correct document number.
The document must be valid, official, and legible.
Photos must be clear and not cropped.
Document renewals
If your document has been renewed or updated (for example, a new passport number), submit the updated version. The change will be reviewed and applied to your account.
