How to change your document number on AstroPay

If the number on your document (CPF, DNI, ID card, etc.) is incorrect in your AstroPay account, you can request a change.


Please note: for security reasons, we can only update this information if the number provided is identical to the one on the document validated in your KYC.

Before requesting the change
To confirm the correct number, you must complete the identity verification process (KYC).


This allows us to extract the information directly from your document and confirm whether the change is possible.

Important tips

  • Always use a valid, official, and legible document.

  • Make sure the photos are clear and not cropped.

  • If your document has changed (for example, after renewal), submit the updated version during the KYC process.
