Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Update the app and system: Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Clear cache: Go to Settings > Apps > AstroPay > Clear Cache (or clear your browser history).
Enable camera permissions: Identity verification (KYC) requires camera access. Enable it in your phone settings.
Restart the app or device: Close and reopen the app, or restart your phone.
Reinstall the app: Uninstall, download, and install the app again.
