Technical issues during onboarding

If you experience errors during onboarding, follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet: Stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

  2. Update the app and system: Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Clear cache: Settings > Apps > AstroPay > Clear Cache (or browser history).

  4. Camera permissions (KYC): Enable in your phone settings.

  5. Restart app/device: Close and reopen, or restart the phone.

  6. Reinstall the app: Uninstall, download, and install again.

If the issue persists, send our team:

  • Screenshot of the error

  • Step where it happened

  • Message displayed

  • Device brand/model, OS version, and app version
