If you experience errors during onboarding, follow these steps:
Check your internet: Stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Update the app and system: Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Clear cache: Settings > Apps > AstroPay > Clear Cache (or browser history).
Camera permissions (KYC): Enable in your phone settings.
Restart app/device: Close and reopen, or restart the phone.
Reinstall the app: Uninstall, download, and install again.
