Can I cancel my account?

Yes. You have the right to stop using AstroPay services whenever you wish. However, due to legal and security requirements, we cannot completely delete your data. The law requires us to keep certain information stored even after the account is canceled.

What are my options?

1. Account suspension

  • Your account is temporarily suspended.

  • While suspended, you won’t be able to make any transactions.

  • If you want to use it again, you may request a reactivation of your account only once.

2. Permanent account closure (“Close Account”)

  • Your account is permanently closed.

  • Unlike suspension, it cannot be reactivated in the future.

  • If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

  • Your data remains stored in our system as required by applicable legislation.

  • It is no longer active or usable for transactions but must be retained for compliance and security purposes.
