AstroPay offers two options if you want to stop using your account: suspension and permanent closure.
Account suspension
Temporary and reversible.
Your account can be reactivated once.
Your data is retained for compliance purposes.
Permanent closure
Irreversible. Your account cannot be reopened.
You cannot create a new account with the same phone number.
Data is retained as required by law for compliance and security purposes.
⚠️ Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance and download any documents you need.
