Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory to use AstroPay services. If your verification was rejected, you can retry directly from your profile.

How to retry verification

  1. Tap your Profile Icon (top left corner).

  2. Select Complete Profile.

  3. Tap Validate Your Identity.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions: have your ID document ready, and you may be asked for a selfie or short video.

  5. A green checkmark confirms successful verification.

Tips for a successful validation

  • Upload a clear, readable document. Blurry or expired documents are the most common reason for rejection.

  • Take a good-quality selfie or video with proper lighting.

  • Enable camera permissions in your phone settings.

  • Use a mobile device. Verification cannot be completed on desktop.

⚠️ All documents must be valid, original, undamaged, and not expired. Accepted documents vary by country and are shown in the app.

Data security

All personal data is encrypted and protected. Your information is used solely for verification and processed in compliance with legal requirements.
