If you have not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, some features of your AstroPay account will be restricted until verification is done.
Why KYC is required
Identity verification ensures the security of your account and gives you full access to all AstroPay features, including sending and receiving money, making withdrawals, and using AstroPay cards.
How to start verification
Open the AstroPay app.
Tap your Profile Icon (top left corner).
Select Complete Profile.
Tap Validate Your Identity.
Submit the requested documents and provide the required information accurately.
The process is quick and straightforward. Once completed, your account will have full access to all AstroPay services.
