If you are not receiving your OTP (one-time password), follow these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Verify your details: Make sure the phone number and email linked to your account are correct, and the country code matches.

  2. Wait and resend: Wait at least 1 minute before requesting a new code.

  3. Try alternative delivery methods: OTP can be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Try switching methods if one is not working.

  4. Check your email: Look in your inbox, spam, and junk folders.

  5. Clear app cache (Android): Go to Settings > Apps > AstroPay > Clear Cache.

💡 WhatsApp is the primary delivery method for OTP in many regions. Make sure WhatsApp is installed and linked to your phone number.
