What is a Trusted Device?
A trusted device is a mobile phone with the AstroPay app installed that you have authorized to approve authentication attempts. This feature enhances your account security by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
Only one trusted device is allowed per account.
Trusted devices are managed through the AstroPay app on iOS or Android (not available on the web app).
Why Change Your Trusted Device?

How to Change Your Trusted Device
Log in from the new device
Download and open the AstroPay app on your new iOS or Android device.Select “I lost access to my trusted device”
This option will appear on the login screen.Complete the facial verification process (facematch)
Follow the instructions to confirm your identity.Approve the new trusted device
Once the facematch is approved, the system will automatically register the new device as your trusted device. You will then be able to access your account as usual.
