Change your trusted device

Learn how to change the trusted device linked to your AstroPay account.

Your trusted device is used for two-factor authentication (2FA) when you log in. If you need to switch to a new device, follow these steps.

How to change your trusted device

  1. Download the AstroPay app on your new device.

  2. On the login screen, select I lost access to my trusted device.

  3. Complete the facematch verification to confirm your identity.

  4. Your new device is automatically registered as the trusted device.

Before you start

  • Make sure your email is verified on your account.

  • Ensure your identity verification (KYC) is complete.

Once the new device is registered, all 2FA requests will be sent to it.
