Your trusted device is used for two-factor authentication (2FA) when you log in. If you need to switch to a new device, follow these steps.
How to change your trusted device
Download the AstroPay app on your new device.
On the login screen, select I lost access to my trusted device.
Complete the facematch verification to confirm your identity.
Your new device is automatically registered as the trusted device.
Before you start
Make sure your email is verified on your account.
Ensure your identity verification (KYC) is complete.
Once the new device is registered, all 2FA requests will be sent to it.
