Some personal information can be updated directly in the app, while other changes require additional verification.
What you can update in the app
Email address
Go to Profile > Personal Data.
Enter your new email address.
Confirm via the link sent to your inbox (check spam if needed).
Phone number
This can only be done from your trusted device.
Go to My Account > Personal Details.
Enter your new phone number and confirm with the OTP code.
What requires additional review
Name: Can only be corrected if there is a typo. Requires identity verification.
Document number: Can only be updated if it matches your KYC-verified document.
Changes that require review are processed after identity verification is confirmed.
