Send an email to support@astropay.com.
Before you close
Withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
Resolve any pending transactions.
Download any documents or statements you need.
⚠️ Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Your phone number cannot be used to create a new account after closure.
