If you are asked to verify your source of funds (SOF), the documents below are accepted for AstroPay accounts outside Argentina and Brazil.
Accepted documents
Payslips.
Service invoices.
Pension receipts.
Tax declarations.
Document requirements
Issued within the last 90 days.
In the account holder's name.
Legible and in PDF format.
Not editable (scanned or official document).
Submitted from inside the AstroPay app. Documents sent through chat or email are not accepted.
Once submitted, your documents are reviewed and your account is updated accordingly.
