Why identity verification is required
Identity verification ensures the security of your account and is a compliance requirement. Until you complete it, some features of your AstroPay account are restricted. If you already have an account, a pending or unverified KYC may trigger an account restriction that prevents you from operating normally.
Once verified, you have full access to all AstroPay services, including sending and receiving money, making withdrawals, and using AstroPay cards.
How to complete verification
Open the AstroPay app.
Tap your Profile Icon in the top left corner.
Select Complete Profile.
Tap Validate Your Identity and follow the on-screen instructions.
Submit the requested documents and provide the required information accurately.
The verification typically takes up to 48 hours after you submit your documents. Once approved, your account becomes fully operational.
