If your identity verification was rejected, you can retry directly from the AstroPay app. These tips help you succeed on the next attempt.

How to retry verification

  1. Tap your Profile Icon in the top left corner.

  2. Select Complete Profile.

  3. Tap Validate Your Identity.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions. Have your ID document ready, and be prepared for a selfie or short video.

  5. A green checkmark confirms successful verification.

Tips for a successful validation

  • Upload a clear, readable document. Blurry or expired documents are the most common reason for rejection.

  • Take a good-quality selfie or video with proper lighting.

  • Enable camera permissions in your phone settings.

  • Use a mobile device. Verification cannot be completed on desktop.

⚠️ Important: All documents must be valid, original, undamaged, and not expired. Accepted documents vary by country and are shown in the app.
