Select Complete Profile.
Tap Validate Your Identity.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Have your ID document ready, and be prepared for a selfie or short video.
A green checkmark confirms successful verification.
Tips for a successful validation
Upload a clear, readable document. Blurry or expired documents are the most common reason for rejection.
Take a good-quality selfie or video with proper lighting.
Enable camera permissions in your phone settings.
Use a mobile device. Verification cannot be completed on desktop.
