When should I contact the Ombudsman?
If you have already contacted AstroPay Support and your request was not resolved satisfactorily.
To submit formal complaints, suggestions, or concerns related to service, processes, or products.

⚠️ Important: Before contacting the Ombudsman, your request must have been previously handled by the standard AstroPay Support. The Ombudsman does not handle initial support requests.
