Change your document number
You can request a change to your document number if it is incorrect, or if your document has been renewed (for example, a new passport number). For security, the new number must match the document verified during your identity validation.
Requirements:
Your identity validation must be complete to confirm the correct document number.
The document must be valid, official, and legible.
Photos must be clear and not cropped.
The change is reviewed and applied to your account after verification.
Correct your name
Your name can be corrected only if there is a typo on your account. The change requires identity verification to confirm your information matches your official document.
Once the verification is confirmed, the corrected name is applied to your account.
