If your account was restricted due to duplication, it means multiple AstroPay accounts were created using the same personal details. This usually happens when a user loses access to their original account and creates a new one.
How it is resolved
AstroPay confirms account ownership.
You choose which account to keep.
The other account is closed.
💡 Tip: To avoid this in the future, keep your contact information (email and phone number) updated in your account settings.
Once the duplicate is resolved, your remaining account works normally.
