The Files app allows you to upload and export shared files among your team.

To access the Files app go to Apps on the left side menu, then Files.
Files locations
Files can be found in several distinct locations in Atrius:
Files app
When files are uploaded directly via the Files app, they are immediately accessible by all users at your organization.
To turn off access to Files for specific users, create a custom permission set that disables Files. Only Administrators may do so.
Buildings > Files
The Files tab for individual buildings supports file storage specifically for each building. Files uploaded in this tab will display here and in the global Files app.

Tenants > Leases
The Leases tab for individual tenants supports lease file storage specifically for each tenant. Lease files uploaded in this tab will display here and in the global Files app.
Assets > Files
The Files tab for individual assets supports file storage specifically for each asset. Files uploaded in this tab will display here and in the global Files app.
Get started by uploading asset photos, documentation, sales guides, manuals, warranties, service agreements, and more.
Projects > Files
The Files tab for individual projects supports file storage specifically for each project. Files uploaded in this tab will display here and in the global Files app.

Bills > Statements > Files

Add a new folder or file
In the Files app or a Files tab, select the 'Add a folder' button.
To upload a file, drag and drop the file into the "upload" region, denoted by a gray box, or select 'Upload a file' to browse your computer for the file(s).
To download multiple files at once, select the desired files using the checkboxes at the left side of the table, then select Actions > Download selected.
File type support
A wide variety of file types are permitted to be uploaded, including but not limited to:

File size
The maximum supported file size for any file type is 2GB. If your file is particularly large, and your Internet connection is slow, then it is possible that your file upload may "time out", thereby preventing you from uploading the file.
For large file uploads, such as ZIP, consider choosing a compression setting to reduce their size.
