👍 This article will help you:

  • Understand where files are stored for specific buildings, tenants, assets, projects, and statements

  • Find out what file types are supported

To access the Files app go to Apps on the left side menu, then Files.

Files locations

Files can be found in several distinct locations in Atrius:

Files app

When files are uploaded directly via the Files app, they are immediately accessible by all users at your organization.

To turn off access to Files for specific users, create a custom permission set that disables Files. Only Administrators may do so.

File size

The maximum supported file size for any file type is 2GB. If your file is particularly large, and your Internet connection is slow, then it is possible that your file upload may "time out", thereby preventing you from uploading the file.

For large file uploads, such as ZIP, consider choosing a compression setting to reduce their size.
