At the moment, the caption font and size will be based on the overall text options you've selected on the Formatting Tab and can't be formatted independently. We hope to offer more customization options in future updates, but I'm not quite sure what those might include or when they will be available.
In the meantime, the best workaround to try would be designing the caption as part of the image in your image editor and uploading to Atticus that way.
