Can I set default preview to print?

Unfortunately, you can't default to the print preview, nor would we recommend it. The print preview will render your book a new with every change you make, so if you leave it on Print Preview while you are making changes, it can cause quite a bit of lag. We generally recommend leaving it on iPad unless you need to check something specifically in Print.
