Although you can't automatically revert the fullpage image back to the automated title page, it's super easy to add a new automated title page. Here's how to do that:
Start by deleting the existing full-page image title page. Hover over the title in the left navigation pane and click the small 'x' that appears beside it.
Next, click on the three dots located next to the 'Add Chapter' button. From the pop-up menu that appears, select 'Title Page' to create a new automated title page.
Once the new title page is generated, you can drag it into the desired position within your document. Simply click and hold the title page, then move it to the appropriate location.
