If you don't have any notes in your book, here's how to remove the End Notes page that is showing at the back of your book:
Click Formatting from the top center
Click the three dots near the name of your theme, and select Edit (or Edit as new theme).
Scroll down to the Notes Settings section
Make sure End of Chapter is selected for both PDF and ePub
This will remove the placeholder designed for End of Book notes.
