How do I edit a tag used for a Project/Version?

Currently, you can't modify existing tags for projects or versions. Instead, you'll need to create a new tag by typing it into the field and pressing enter to save it. Then, remove the old tag from the selections. Once the old tag is no longer used on any books, it will disappear automatically.
