How do I include the page number for Parts/Volumes in the TOC?

Unfortunately at the moment the TOC doesn't support page numbers for parts or volumes, only the chapter titles, sorry. We do plan on adding a more options in the future, but we don't yet know exactly what this will include or when we'll be able to have that available.
