Is there a place to see the total word count of the whole book?

Your word count can be found at the right end of the status bar at the bottom of your editor on the Writing Tab. By default, it displays the word count for the current chapter. However, if you hover over the word count, you'll see options to show the word count for the entire book or a highlighted selection of words.
