My words are getting cut off in my PDF. How do I resolve this?

If you are seeing your words being cut off or split within your PDF, Atticus might need just a little bit more time to prepare the file. Could you please try these troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the problem?

  1. In Chrome, open an Incognito browser by pressing

    1. Windows: CTRL SHIFT N

    2. Mac: CMD SHIFT N

  2. Log back into app.atticus.io

  3. Go to the formatting tab of your book.

  4. Switch the Previewer to Print and go to the last chapter

  5. Wait for the chapter to finish rendering on the Previewer

  6. Click Export PDF

If the steps above do not resolve the issue in your PDF, please email our support team at support@atticus.io letting us know you tried this and it didn’t work. Additionally, please share your book’s snapshot and the title of your book as this will help us resolve the issue for you sooner.
