Before adding lots, you must first create and set up your consignors. Once consignors are ready, you can begin entering lots using the following tools:
Fast Entry
The Fast Entry tool is a streamlined method to enter lots directly into an auction. This is ideal for quickly creating lots with essential details.
With Fast Entry, you can:
Assign a lot number
Enter lead/title, quantity, estimate, reserve, and description
Attach images by drag-and-drop

Once lots are entered via Fast Entry, they will automatically appear under the main Auction Lots tab.

Add List of Inventory
This function allows you to allocate on-hand inventory into the auction using a simple list format. You can assign lot numbers as you go, making it easy to convert inventory items into auction-ready lots.

Add Inv#
Use the Add Inv# button to allocate a specific inventory item to your auction. Enter the exact inventory number when prompted, and the system will attach it to the auction as a lot.
Add Group
The Add Group function opens a screen showing all inventory not currently allocated to an auction. From here, you can:
Sort by column headers
Select multiple pieces for allocation

The VisiLotter is a dynamic visual lotting tool within Auction Flex that gives you a graphical interface to manage your lots. This tool is ideal for visually organizing and adjusting your auction layout.

Lot Renumbering Options
After allocating lots into an auction (but before selling them), you have the option to renumber them. This helps restructure the flow of your auction or correcting numbering errors.
Renumber a Single Lot
To change the number of a single lot:
Click the Renumber button:
