Follow these simple steps to import product reviews from AliExpress to your store:
Initiate the Import Process:
Go to the Dashboard and click on the "Import reviews" button, or
Navigate to the Import Review page and click on the arrow button next to the product you want to import reviews for.
Configure the Import Settings:
After clicking the button, an "Import reviews" popup window will appear.
Enter the AliExpress product link from which you want to import reviews.
Click the "Import" button.
(❗️Note: The settings in the "Import reviews" window match the default import settings. You can customize the import settings for specific products without affecting the default settings or the import settings for other products.)
Monitor the Import Task:
Once you click the "Import" button, an import task will be created.
You can track the progress of the import task on the "Import reviews" page, where a notification will display the current import status.
Manage Imported Reviews:
After the import is complete, you can view and manage the imported reviews on the "Manage reviews" page.
