Easily migrate reviews from previous sources using the Audien review import template. This guide will walk you through the process of importing reviews into Audien Review and ensuring your data aligns with our template format.
Steps to Import Reviews:
Access the Import Interface:
Go to the “Import Reviews” section within Audien Review.
Click on the "Import by CSV" button.
Download the Template:
You can download the template by clicking the button as illustrated
Populate the Template:
Fill in your review details as per the template's format. (For more details on formatting, see the section below).
Upload Your File:
Click “Upload .csv file” and select the template you've filled the data in.
Initiate the Import:
Click the "Import" button to start importing.
Post-Import Notifications:
Upon completion, a notification will surface at the top of the "Import Reviews" page. The imported reviews will be accessible on the “Manage Review” page.
The notification will detail the number of successfully imported reviews. If any reviews from your CSV file encounter issues during import, the notification will provide a link to a new CSV file. This file contains the problematic reviews. To rectify, click "Download error report", adjust the review data to align with our template format, and reattempt the import.
💡Note: The Audien Review Import Template supports a maximum of 20,000 reviews per import.
Formatting Your Review Data:
To ensure a smooth import process, your review data must adhere to the Audien Review template format. The structure of the Audien review import template is as follows:
