🏢 Parent & Sub Account Hierarchy Management

Live Hub now supports Parent Accounts, allowing you to associate multiple sub-accounts under a single parent account.

  • Simplified management for partners and multi-customer organizations

  • Aggregated billing across related accounts

  • Support for volume-based discount models

🎛️ Fresh Control! User & Account GUI Updates

We’ve refreshed key areas of the Live Hub interface to make managing users, permissions, and accounts more intuitive.

💡 What this unlocks:

  • Clear segregation between user and account management

  • Easier access to User Profile, IAM (Access Control), Billing, and Settings

  • Seamless account switching for multi-account users

  • Clearer structure aligned with IAM roles and permissions

What changed in the UI:

  • Billing & Settings are now in the left-side navigation menu

  • Account management moved from the User Avatar (top right) to the new Current Account section in the top navigation bar.


🛡️ Live Call Failover Actions

Live Hub now supports failover actions during active calls when services such as STT, TTS, or bot integrations are disrupted.
