Please note that we cannot always guarantee the availability of spare parts or replacement scooters in every location.
In addition, the shipping terms included in your contract may not always cover free delivery outside your standard service area. In some cases, a shipping fee may apply for spare parts or replacement deliveries. Whether a fee is required depends entirely on whether our logistics partners are able to deliver to your location.
