For a short trip it is completely fine to take your scooter with you. Make sure you know laws and regulations regarding e-scooters in the location you are travelling to, so you don't get in trouble.

For longer stays abroad it can be beneficial to inform us beforehand. This because we can't be sure if we can send you spare parts or replacement scooters to your location if needed.

Also, our contract might not support free shipping to your location so in some cases you might need to pay a small shipping fee. If you need to pay a fee depends entirely if our shipping partners can send shipments to your location, so if you're in luck it might be free.
