If you are encountering spinning numbers (two 00's) on your display when you turn on your e-scooter, your e-scooter has been automatically locked.
You can turn on your ES 210 scooter 10 times before it requires you to unlock it with the Augment App as a safety measure.
To unlock this automatic lock and reset the startup counter you need to:
Download the Augment Scooters-app
Log in with your Augment profile (you need an active subscription)
Connect your app to your e-scooter by following the instructions
Unlock the e-scooter with the middle button on your app
