You can set up a one-time password for a new or current user that will prompt the user to change their password when logging in. Account Owners and Directors can add, edit, or remove users, including generating new passwords from the Org Settings page.
Step 1:
Navigate to "Org Settings" from the bottom left of the screen
Note- if you do not see "Org Settings," it is because your account is not set up as an "Owner" or "Director" account. Please contact support@augusthealth.com if you think this is in error.
Step 2:
Click the "Users" tab at the top of the page:

Search for the user you need to set the one-time password for by using the search bar on the top right of the list. Once found, you can click on their name, and it will open their credentials:
Step 4:
Once in the edit screen, check the "one- time use" option under the password field:
Step 5:
You can create a custom password by typing it in the field or you can have one generated for you by clicking the "Generate password" button on the right side of the password field:
Step 6:
You can review by pressing "show password" on the right. Then, copy and paste or write down the updated one-time password and send it to the user. You must save the updated password before it can be used by the user:
Once copied, scroll down and click "Save" and then the new user can log in with their username and the one-time password.

When the user enters the one-time password while logging in, the screen will automatically prompt the user to create a new password:
Password Criteria:
Minimum of 8 characters
Cannot be your username, phone number, email, first or last name
Needs to include a number
Needs to include a lowercase letter
Needs to include an uppercase letter
