If your organization requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will be prompted to set it up by entering your phone number or email address for verification. Once configured, a verification code will be sent to the phone number or email linked to your user profile each time you log in to ensure account security.
Please note: Unlike phone numbers, email addresses must be attached to user profiles before they can be used for MFA.
Step 1:
After logging in with your account credentials, you will be prompted to enter a valid phone number to receive a security code for your account.
Phone:
Enter a valid phone number, then click the "Send Verification Code" button.
*A phone number cannot be associated with more than one account.
Email:
To request a code to your email, you will click "Use email instead" on the same screen.
Step 2:
Next, enter the code that was sent your phone or email in the verification code field. Click the "Verify And Sign In" button to complete and log in.
Changing the phone number or email assigned to an account:
If necessary, the phone number or email address on an account can be changed or edited in the Users tab in Org Settings by a user permission with user edit capabilities.
Please Note - if you do NOT see "Org Settings," it is because your account is not set up as an "Owner" or "Director" or "Organizational IT" account. Please contact support@augusthealth.com if you think this is in error.
