This article outlines how to unschedule a routine from the Care tab in the resident's chart.
Step 1: In the resident’s chart, navigate to the "Care" tab
Step 2: Find the routine that you would like to unschedule and click the "Edit" button on the upper right of the scheduled routine
Step 3: Click the "Discontinue" button on the bottom left of the screen and confirm you would like to unschedule the routine in the pop-up.
Step 4: The routine will be automatically removed from the list of scheduled routines
Tip: You will be able to view discontinued care routines at the bottom of the care tab in the "Discontinued Routines" dropdown.
