For users with a "Physician" user permission, they may only need access to a few move-ins or residents at your community. Here is how to view or update that list in the "org settings."
Step 1:
Navigate to "Org Settings" from the bottom left of your screen.
Step 2:
In the User tab, search for the physician you want to view or edit.
Step 3:
Scroll to the bottom of the user profile for the "Move-in / Resident" section. By clicking on the dropdown, you will be able to view, search, add, or remove any move-in or resident.
Step 4:
Click save, and the user will be able to access whoever is on that list.
