August Health supports 3 different login methods.

Access our login page by visiting https://app.augusthealth.com
If you have a password:
Step 1:
Enter the username or email address associated with your account.
Step 2:
Enter your password. Pay attention to capitalization and special characters.
If you have an email associated with your account and want to log in without a password:
Step 1:
Select the option 'Email me a login link instead':
Step 2:
You'll receive an email with a new login link. Click the button in the email "Log in to August Health". You will be automatically logged in.
Please note that the login link will expire after 12 hours and a new link will need to be requested.
Microsoft SSO
Communities must opt in to log in with Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On).
To use Microsoft SSO, users must already have an August Health user account associated with an assigned role. Users do not need to have previously logged in, however, to leverage the SSO integration:
Step 1:
Navigate to the login screen and click 'Log in with Microsoft.'
Step 2:
Enter your credentials in the next screen and click 'Next', then you will be logged in.
Have you forgotten your password?
If you have an email address associated with your account, you can reset your password on your own. Click the 'Forgot password' button below the 'Log In' button.
If you do not have an email address associated with your account, please contact an administrator to reset your password.
What happens if you do not receive the login email?
If you do not receive the email within a minute or so, please check your junk/spam folder.
