You can send tasks or documents to the responsible person directly from the task tab. If a document requires you to configure signers by adding or skipping, you can do that while sharing the tasks.
Step 1:
Click on the "Share with Responsible Person" button on the resident's Tasks tab.
Note- If you do not see the "Share with Responsible Person" button, that means that there is no responsible person assigned for the resident. You can add contacts and assign the responsible person in the resident's contacts tab. To share tasks electronically, an email address needs to be added to the responsible person's contact card.
Step 2:
Select all or individual tasks you'd like to be sent to the Responsible Person to complete. For tasks that require it, you can configure the signers to delete the skip option. You may also edit the personal message if you'd like to customize it.

Step 3:
Click "Share." After tasks are shared, a "Shared" label will appear on the task.
To resend tasks/documents to a responsible person to complete (or to send a reminder):
Only tasks that haven’t been shared yet can be sent using the "Share with Responsible Person" button. If the task has already been shared, the button will display a greyed out with "Shared" next to it like in the example below.
If a task has already been shared with the Responsible Person, you can use the "Send Reminder" button. This will send a new email reminding them of their open tasks along with link to log in.
