Viewing Archived Documents or Previously Completed Documents

How to find a previous copy of a document

When a new document is completed in a resident’s chart, the previous version is automatically archived. Archived versions can be viewed or printed at any time.

Step 1:

Navigate to the 'Documents' section of the resident’s chart.

Step 2:

Click on the document to open the most recent copy.

Step 3:

On the right side of the document viewer, click "View Archived Versions". All previous versions of the document will be listed by date.

Step 4:

Click on the date you would like to view. The document will open in a new tab, where it can be viewed or printed.
