The Care Progress Tab
The Care Progress tab provides a real-time view of how care tasks are completed across your community. It helps teams stay informed, accountable, and proactive in addressing care needs.
Accessing the Care Progress tab
Access is limited to team members responsible for overseeing care delivery:
Directors
Nurses
Owners (if permissions are granted)
These users can view, filter, and monitor all care activity.
Filtering Options
Filter by day, shift, and care group to view relevant care tasks and monitor progress more effectively.
These filters make it easy to pinpoint where tasks were completed, or where routines may have been missed.
Missed Routines
"You have missed routines" appears whenever tasks aren’t completed as scheduled. This helps you quickly identify outstanding care tasks, see which resident or shift is impacted, and follow up as needed.
This view only reflects missed routines from previous days—routines missed the same day, will appear the following day.
It’s designed to support timely intervention and ensure all care routines stay on track.
Overall, the Care Progress tab gives you a clear, organized view of how care is being delivered, with tools to filter, review, and stay on top of any missed routines.
