Sharing tasks with an contributor contact

What is a "contributor"

A Contributor is a resident contact, who has access to help complete tasks in the residents chart in addition to the Responsible Person. The goal of Contributors is to allow multiple resident contacts to collaborate on completing shared forms and tasks.

Making a contact a contributor

Step 1:

Navigate to the contacts tab of the resident's chart

Step 2:
Select the contact card that you would like to contribute to tasks

Step 3:

Toggle on "Contributor" and click "Save."

Contributors will have a "Contributor" tag in their contact card.


Sharing Tasks with a contributor

Step 1:

Navigate to the "Task" tab and click "Share."

Step 2:
On the share screen, you can select what gets shared with the Responsible Person and what gets shared with the contributor, or both!

Once shared, the contributor gets an email with the link to log in to have access to documents and tasks.
