Troubleshooting why you can't log in

August Health supports password-less logins for users who have an email address associated with their account. We also support logging in with an username/email and password.

Access our login page by visiting https://app.augusthealth.com

If you have a password:

  1. Enter the username or email address associated with your account

  2. Enter your password. Pay attention to capitalization and special characters

If you have an email associated with your account:

  1. Select the option 'Email me a login link instead':

  2. You'll receive an email with a new login link. Click the button in the email "Log in to August Health". You will be automatically logged in.
    ​
    ​Please note that the login link will expire after 12 hours and a new link will need to be requested.

Have you forgotten your password?

If you have an email address associated with your account, you can reset your password on your own. Click the 'Forgot Password' link below the 'Log In' button.

If you do not have an email address associated with your account, please contact an administrator to reset your password.

What happens if you do not receive the login email?

If you do not receive the email within a minute or so, please check your junk/spam folder.
